Events

In addition to the forward planned program of exhibitions in The Gallery there are other, not entirely unrelated, events occurring at other times, both at Parndon Mill and associated venues.

The Gallery on the ground floor of the mill presents a series of exhibitions of fine art and crafts of a consistently high standard by the resident artists and others who work locally or further afield. The Project Space, located in the converted stable block, accommodates a variety of arts related activities including classes, workshops and events. Many of the artists at Parndon Mill also offer tuition in their studios - click here to see the list of the classes that we offer.

Detailed below are some of the upcoming events that we will be hosting here at Parndon Mill.

Open Studios 

In July 2019, over twenty studios in this idyllic setting opened their doors to offer an insight into their creative processes, as well as the opportunity to participate.
Unfortunately, due to the Covid issue and the water shortage  on our site we will be unable to run an Open Studios event in 2021. However,  opportunities to participate in the creative process will still be offered through our Classes, where single creative sessions and short courses will be run on a regular basis.

Summer creativity & fun with Matipo Arts 

Sunday 12th September 2021

MAKE SOME NOISE ON THE STORT!

Come and make some noise! In this family workshop, you will listen to the wonderful wildlife surrounding Parndon Mill and make soundscapes, songs, and even your own instruments!

CREATIVE BOOTCAMP: - CHARACTER ACTING
14:00 - 17-00 12 - 15 YR OLDS

Level up your acting with this crash course in character work. Create your own characters to populate the atmospheric setting of Parndon Mill.

FAIRY TALE PUPPETS
