Arts Council England funding

Parndon Mill is thrilled to be a recipient of public funding by Arts Council England.

We are thrilled to announce that in March 2020, Parndon Mill successfully applied for funding from Arts Council England. We are very excited that Parndon Mill has been recognised as a hub of creativity that is worth preserving and developing! This is incredibly encouraging for the management, the trustees and everyone who is a part of our creative community.

These funds are essential for ensuring that we can continue to build on the past fifty years of amazing work by Parndon Mill’s dedicated founders.

With these funds, we have been working with Corinna Hartwig Consulting to develop plans that will ensure a sustainable future for Parndon Mill. Harlow is rapidly expanding and we need to have the capability to offer even more arts engagement to our growing community, both through site development and an expansion of our arts programme. We are also keen to offer creative experiences to a much wider audience by working with partners to establish schemes that will increase affordable access to our classes and exhibitions.

We have many plans, both in the short and long term! This grant will allow us to collaborate with experts to ensure that our ideas are robust and efficiently implemented for the benefit of everyone.
